SOHO is proud to present Luz Helena Salazar. Produced by an incredible woman, Luz has been throwing her love and talent into her coffee for the last 20 years. We're very fortunate to be using her Natural Lactic Papayo, which is bursting with juicy plum, vanilla and prosecco flavours thanks to its subtle lactic fermentation. 

Brewing Tips

Luz Helena Salazar's lactic papayo is a delight to drink, but requires a good balance of the plethora of flavours. 

  • This coffee is lactic fermented, and may benefit from a smaller initial dose to balance the body.
  • There's a lot of juicy sweetness between the bright bubbliness and the back pallet fermentation. We recommend using a smaller dose from your standard brewing recipe, and extracting for the same yield and time. You'll need a finer grind to accomplish this.
